I have just returned from my first experience in Vietnam. The week that I spent with a large group from Wagga Wagga in Ho Chi Minh City was absolutely fabulous. Our guides Gaing and Bing were incredibly knowledgable about the culture and experiences that we had in HCMC, Cu Chi, Meekong and Long Tan. Thier communication skills and sense of humour was enjoyed by everyone in our group. A huge thanks to TNK and our guides Gaing and Bing! I can't wait to visit again someday!

Hi all I write you just to comment our recent trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. On Vietnam´s two legs of the trip, we asked tnk travel to organize for us some smaller trips : Mekong delta 2 days, out to Cambodia, Sapa 2 days, halong bay, and also little things like "we need a Hanoi - Hue train ticket". We combined all of this with our self-made own itinerary, and all worked fine, except halong bay (but for bad weather), and even then, they promtply called us and they looked for alternatives for us. Even saying we normally prefer to travel by ourselves, we found Tnk travel very helpfull and usefull for us Thanks a lot

My wife and I just completed a 1 month holiday in vietnam.This was our forth visit,tnk travel did all the travel arrangements for all our visit.we were very happy with them.they arranged all our hotels,internal flights,hire cars and train travel.also airport pick up and drop off.everything went like clockwork.we were very happy with there professional service.and the hotels they chose for us were excellent. Thank you for a very successful tour. The clients were very satisfied ! Mr Ky was excellent as was his assistant, Khan(?). The transport, accommodation, and the food provided was very good. Your staff support was outstanding and the organisation of the various stages went smoothly; a testament TNK travel. I would like to change a few aspects of the itinerary for our proposed tours for next year. I will forward some ideas at a later stage. My husband and I have now returned to New Zealand from our very memorable holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. TNK booked the Mekong Tour to Phnom Penh for us and our tour guide was JJ. Our Mekong tour was wonderful, mostly due to JJ who looked after us so well in every way. JJ was a very professional, friendly and helpful guide. We would be very grateful if you could forward this email to JJ's manager. We would highly recommend JJ as a tour guide for any foreign visitor to your country. We would like to make one small suggestion about the tour. It would have been helpful to have the correct Cambodia Visa forms prior to our departure on the boat to Phnom Penh. Before our departure from New Zealand, we did download forms from the Cambodian Embassy web site - bu we did download forms from the Cambodian Embassy web site - but on the day, the Cambodian Customs required a different form. The only other comment we would like to offer, and this has nothing to do with the TNK Mekong Tour itself, but we were very concerned about the terrible living condition for the two bears at the Crocodile Park. If you can provide any influence to help these bears, we are sure they would appreciate this. Thank you TNK for a great tour. Kerry and Mal Morters
