I would like to thank you for the excellent service we received from your company on our trip to Vietnam. I also wish to thank Mr Huy for his service, local knowledge, willingness to please and for going out of his way to show us the beauty of Vietnam. We have enjoyed our time in Vietnam so much we are already looking into coming back. We credit the wonderful experience in Vietnam to Mr Huy because without him we would not have seen, understood or enjoyed our time in Ho Chi minh any where near as much. Again Thank you and we will be using your company whenever we travel to Vietnam.

Mekong Delta Tour to Phnompenh ( Oct 28th 08 )

My husband and I have now returned to New Zealand from our very memorable holiday in Vietnam and Cambodia. TNK booked the Mekong Tour to Phnom Penh for us and our tour guide was JJ. Our Mekong tour was wonderful, mostly due to JJ who looked after us so well in every way. JJ was a very professional, friendly and helpful guide.

We would be very grateful if you could forward this email to JJ's manager. We would highly recommend JJ as a tour guide for any foreign visitor to your country.

We would like to make one small suggestion about the tour. It would have been helpful to have the correct Cambodia Visa forms prior to our departure on the boat to Phnom Penh. Before our departure from New Zealand, we did download forms from the Cambodian Embassy web site - bu 
we did download forms from the Cambodian Embassy web site - but on the day, the Cambodian Customs required a different form.

The only other comment we would like to offer, and this has nothing to do with the TNK Mekong Tour itself, but we were very concerned about the terrible living condition for the two bears at the Crocodile Park. If you can provide any influence to help these bears, we are sure they would appreciate this.

First of all we want to thank TNK travel very much for the great Tour we have had.

Everything was perfectly arranged and the Hotels, drivers and guides were great.

You are a very serious and reliable organisation and we will certainly recommend you to our friends and relatives.

We have now a very good impression of your country thanks to all the places you made us visit with all the information given by the guides.

One little notice: your man in Hanoi (or is that you??) told us that he did not have the information about our arrival flight and that he had asked us by mail and phone. But as you can see I had already given that information in my mail from April 15 (see under). But.... no problem our guide was waiting for us at the airport.

Thanks again we had lovely and interesting holidays and all the included meals were delicious.

We would like to special thanks to all the arrangement to VNB Travel Vietnam on our 2 days tour in Mekong Delta River and Ho Chi Minh City (16 and 17Nov). The assigned tour guide - Mr Huy is so professional and all my family members were so pleased with his companion, pleasant attitude. He is fun, friendly, caring (especially to elderly and kids), knowledgable and patient.

We would highly recommend Mr Huy services if you are in Vietnam....and we will definitely return to Vietnam again sometimes and engaging VNB n Mr Huy.

Return trip to HCMC

We have just returned from our second trip to Vietnam. This trip we only had 5 nights in HCMC and surrounding areas. We took two of our friends with us and again used the excellent services of TNK Travel and their fantastic team. Our tours were wonderful, our days flew by filled with great information, delightful eating experiences, wonderful sights and a truly amazing time was had by each one of us!
