I arrived back in the U.S. last night and wanted to send you a quick email.
Our trip to Vietnam was fantastic. Thank you very much! Everything was perfect-even the weather was beautiful while we were there.
The hotel was great, the tours were very good and Mr. Ha and Mr. Kong (driver) were very polite, punctual and informative.
Everything you arranged was perfect and I will be recommending TNK Travel to anyone traveling to Vietnam in the future.

We have just returned from Vietnam and had a wonderful time. We spent five days in HCMC and five in Hanoi. The sights, sounds and smells were a great experience. Many thanks to TNK travel and Mr Vu who helped organise the Halong Bay 2 day/1 night cruise. They also organised accomodation, at a price way cheaper then what we could manage.

Hello TNK I would like to express my thanks to TNK for the nice tours on 28 and 29 March, for my friend and I. The tour guide Mr Thong was very good in explaining the history and entertaining in his humorous way for the Cu Chi tunnel and Cao Dai Temple . My friend and I enjoyed ourselves very much. Good job! Experience the must-sees of the Northern Vietnam
This tour offers you true meaning of adventure. Starting with hydrofoil trip to Cat Ba Island, we have some time to enjoy the quiet town with beautiful beaches, fine sea food and beer. The next day is a big challenge since we trek through jungle and have a chance to see the panorama of Halong Bay from one of the mountain summits we would conquer during the trek. After the trek we reach our deluxe junk and prepare for great kayaking days ahead. As with our other kayak tours, this tour offers flexibility in activity levels while still combining the best of sea kayaking. Designed with this in mind it is a good tour for both novice and experienced kayaker alike with a little more time to spare.

Itinerary at a glance:
Day 1: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Cat Ba ( B )
5.30 am: Leave Hanoi for Hai Phong. Breakfast in Hai Phong. Take 1-hr hydrofoil to Cat Ba Island. Upon arrival in Cat Ba we check in hotel and spend the rest of the day to explore the town or relax on Cat Co beaches. Overnight at your chosen hotel on Cat Ba Island.
Day 2: Trek Cat Ba National Park – Overnight on junk in Halong Bay ( B / L / D ) 5 hour trek
Breakfast in the hotel before taking a beautiful bus ride along the coast to reach Cat Ba national park. Today we will have a long trek across dense jungle to reach the peaceful village of Viet Hai. Short break at Frog Lake. We will have lunch in a local house in Viet Hai village. After lunch we walk to Viet Hai Quay for a cruise on Lan Ha Bay. We will meet our overnight junk in Halong Bay late afternoon. Dinner and overnight on the junk.
Day 3: Full day Kayaking Halong Bay ( B / L / D )
After breakfast on the junk we start paddling to Van Chai Floating village and then continue paddling to Dark Cave. Tide permitting, we explore this amazing cave by kayak. The cave is a 200m long, dark tunnel thrusting through a limestone mountain. The tunnel is the only entry to a secluded and beautiful lagoon. Lunch on support boat in front of the cave. After lunch we paddle to Ba Trai Dao Lagoon, along a stunning and fairly rough sea channel, to explore its beautiful beaches. Continue paddling to Lan Ha Bay, which is smaller than Halong Bay but much more interesting with lots of secluded beaches. Cruise back to Halong Bay for dinner and overnight on mother boat.
Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi ( B / L )
Breakfast on the junk and enjoy the sundeck of the junk while we navigates amazing rock formations of Bai Tu Long Bay to get back to Halong City. Lunch on the junk before reach Halong Harbor for a drive back to Hanoi. On the way back to Hanoi we will have a stop in Dong Trieu for refreshment and visit the pottery village. Arrive Hanoi around 4.00pm. Trip completes in Hanoi
