Dear Ms Luu Vo,

My family just came back after a wonderful trip in Vietnam last month. Thank you very much for your supports and your well organized tour from Mekong Delta to Dalat, NhaTrang, Hoi An, Hue,Ha Noi and Halong Bay. This is my first time I travel with TNK and I was impressed by TNK staffs, the tour guides. Everything is on schedule. The guides and drivers are very friendly and helpful. They were always on time. We spent most of our time with Mr. Binh in our trip; he helped and took good care of us at all time during the trip. Sometime I felt like he were my body guard. We missed him. we are now back in Australia with many wonderful memories of our exciting trip to Vietnam.We wish to thank you personally for assisting us and organizing 2 tours whilst we were in Siagon. The trip to Mekong delta was an absolute highlight,a wonderful,skillful driver,Mr Hung and a most informative and capable guide Huy enabled us to have many great experiences.

Also the lady at the front desk who assisted me in printing out our boarding passes for the next day flights to KL and Melbourne was wonderful and most cooperative. It all added up to a memorable experience which we have no hesitation in recommending to other travellers.

Thank you for a very successful tour. The clients were very satisfied ! Mr Ky was excellent as was his assistant, Khan(?). The transport, accommodation, and the food provided was very good. Your staff support was outstanding and the organisation of the various stages went smoothly; a testament TNK travel.

I would like to change a few aspects of the itinerary for our proposed tours for next year. I will forward some ideas at a later stage.

We are currently determining our dates for next year and will let you know as soon as possible.

First of all we want to thank TNK travel very much for the great Tour we have had.

Everything was perfectly arranged and the Hotels, drivers and guides were great.

You are a very serious and reliable organisation and we will certainly recommend you to our friends and relatives.

We have now a very good impression of your country thanks to all the places you made us visit with all the information given by the guides.

One little notice: your man in Hanoi (or is that you??) told us that he did not have the information about our arrival flight and that he had asked us by mail and phone. But as you can see I had already given that information in my mail from April 15 (see under). But.... no problem our guide was waiting for us at the airport.

Thanks again we had lovely and interesting holidays and all the included meals were delicious.

One year ago, we traveled to Vietnam through your agency. As we find that you did a good job, we recommended your servicies to some spanish friends, now those groups come back and they are also very happy with your job, I only want to say thanks to you.

Last year we went to the south of Vietnam, because we only had one week. Now we are thinking to come again but north and central of Vietnam.
I looked your web page and you have a lot of choise, but can you please send to me, which could be the more convinient route? If we decide to come we'll arrive on 2nd october and leave 7 or 8 (depends on flights tickets).

2 weeks Mekong delta tour and Phu Quoc island

Dear TNK Team, dear Luu vo

I visit in the last 2 years alone or with group tours many times Vietnam.
Last trip in 2007 I fund for the Mekong delta tour a tour operator in Phnom Penh and partner office in Chau Doc, Vietnam.
This tour was very cheap but!!! also very simple in service, accommodations, food and organization!
This year in February I had a group of 10 Swiss guests and I was happy to here from TNK travel agency in Saigon.
The secretary Luu vo was a great organizer and she send me quickly a package of a tour around the Mekong Delta during 2 weeks.
We had our private guide Mr. Ky, a friendly Vietnamese. He had doing for us the best job and he show us beautiful famous places away from the big tourist groups.

Two destinations was not so good standard and could be better for next time!
We would enjoy in Can Tho one night in homestay leaving but the bungalows was not only very old, there was not clean and during the night we had no water!
A similar situation we fund on the island Phu Quoc in the Tropical Resort. One of the nicest place so close to the beach under a lot of palm trees, but the quality of the bungalows was less then medium.

Anyway all of my guests enjoy this Vietnam trip and we can recommend TNK one of the best tour operator in Vietnam.
